This software was developed using research from NASA’s Ames Research Center and artificial intelligence from IBM Watson® Studio on IBM Cloud. By analyzing a wearer’s Chronotype, the YouQ app can offer personalized insights. It can also offer strategies to manage stress, set activity goals, and encourage self-care and well-being.

CZ Smart watches are designed to be more than just a gadget; they’re also meant to be stylish and functional. The YouQ app’s Power Fixes feature recommends various scientifically backed tips based on a wearer’s Power Score (Low, Optimal, or Peak). These fixes can range from acupressure to nutritional advice. All to optimize energy levels and help wearers perform at their best.

CITIZEN’s CZ Smart watches are not only functional but also customizable. Wearers can choose from a range of interchangeable stainless-steel bracelet, mesh, leather, and silicone straps, depending on their preference. The CZ Smart Hybrid smartwatch carries an 18-day battery life and the ability to receive notifications. This includes incoming calls, texts, emails, and calendar appointments.
