A highlight of the anniversary celebrations is the unveiling of the 300th Anniversary Coupe, a limited edition masterpiece that pays homage to the House’s rich heritage and the art of cognac-making. Crafted by Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau, this exceptional blend draws upon the Rémy Martin “Réserve Perpétuelle,” a collection of exquisite eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, known for its superior aromatic quality and aging potential. Loiseau’s creation is a testament to the seamless continuity between generations, enriching the collective work with a selection of elegant eaux-de-vie, and symbolizing the perpetual journey of dreaming forward.
Loiseau shares his insights on the creation process, saying, “The perpetual reserve is as much a process as a legacy. When a new blend is created, part of it is set aside for future cellar masters. In turn, they will use it for the next Anniversary Coupe. To create the 300th Anniversary Coupe, I have enriched this blend with the treasures of our cellars and Grande Champagne terroir, which will be the legacy I leave for the next generation. By reserving some eaux-de-vie from this precious Coupe 300th Anniversary, the story will continue for future generations.”
