“I have loved my NFL career, and now it is time to focus my time and energy on other things that require my attention” Brady wrote in his post. A prolific winner, his resume stands tall leading in many different categories. Despite the recent loss in the divisional round against the NFC champion Rams, this was one of his most productive seasons. The starting quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers led the NFL in:
- Passing Yards (5,316);
- Touchdons (43);
- Completions (485); and
- Attempts (719)
Overall, his career screams hall of fame. Brady won six Super Bowl titles while a member of the New England Patriots. After joining the Buccaneers in 2020, Brady secured another title. Looking back on his career it’s still an intriguing story that Brady was picked in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft. Brady was pick 199.
