More about Bulova
Bulova is a luxury brand and was founded in 1875 by Joseph Bulova. In 1912, he launched his first plant dedicated entirely to the production of watches. Bulova is driven by the same core principles of craftsmanship, innovation, and technology that guided its visionary founder over 140 years ago. Citizen Watch Co. took ownership of Bulova in 2008. Based in New York, the company makes watches, clocks and accessories.
Fun fact: Bulova produced the world’s first television commercial, which aired on July 1, 1941. This happened during a game between the Brooklyn Dodgers and the Philadelphia Phillies. It lasted only 10 seconds and aired on a local channel in New York called WNBT.
