Welcome to Episode 6 of Gent’s Talk, where we got to sit down with up-and-coming comedian Neema Nazeri. Better known as Neema Naz, Nazeri got pushed into the public eye via TikTok with his hilarious impressions/skits. The gents covered all things comedy, the influence Gary Vee has had and his fitness journey.
Having the right people in your corner is essential. Neema, the humble funnyman, credits working with his brother for much of his current success. His older brother is the “big vision” guy, which allows Neema to focus more of his time on what he does best; creating content and making people laugh.

A Focused Neema Naz
We discussed life during the pandemic and how when Nazeri started to shift into “I gotta do this is for me” mode, things began to change. When it came to focusing on comedy and dropping out of school, he mentioned how you must make the conscious decision to start doing things for yourself, not your parents or anyone else.
“I always lived my life making decisions because of other people’s opinions, and for once in my life, when I found something I liked, I was like, I have to do this for me for once. I have to make this decision for me”, said Naz.
Ep. 06 Highlights
We were able to touch on some topics that included:
- Dealing with bombing on stage
- Handling social media negativity
- Crash diets
- Battling food addiction
- Social media pros/cons & screen limits
You have to be able to find your ‘why’ in life. A significant mindset shift developed when Neema discovered why he wanted to change the negative habits he was quickly forming. No longer wanting to be known as the funny fat guy, being the “skinny guy in training” mindset has helped Neema start to become the best version of himself.
“If I’m not 100% as Neema Nazeri the human being, how can I be 100% as a performer, Neema Naz”
Neema’s ‘I’m Your Sugar Daddy‘ tour is nearly sold out, and we’re excited about the continued success that’s sure to follow!
