In Episode 9 of Gent’s Talk, the fellas sat down with the Six Pack Chef, Wallace Wong. If you’ve been on TikTok, you likely know Wallace works hard in the gym and the kitchen! Being diagnosed with cancer at age 17, Mississauga-born Wong’s life changed forever. His attraction to Gent’s Talk was the ability to help fight the stigma about men opening up.
He shed a very insightful view on death and how that helps motivate him to stay busy and keep accomplishing everything he puts his mind to. Wallace went into detail about his cancer journey and how he was able to survive the traumatic ordeal.
“The worst thing about cancer,” Wallace said, “was seeing the people around you cry, be upset and sad because of your existence.”

Upcoming Projects For Wallace
The Six Pack Chef is a very busy man! He is a full-time content creator as well as an entrepreneur; thus essentially tallying up three full-time jobs! He is currently in the process of opening up a new food spot in NYC, and he helped create Spatula Foods, where you can enjoy restaurant-quality dishes, at home, ready in 10 minutes (with just a pan and spatula) from flash-frozen.
