We’re back with another episode of “The Gent’s Segment”! In Ep. 04 of Gent’s Talk, Samir, Ayman, and Matthew take a seat to discuss relationships. We’ve all had our share of great and terrible relationships, and the gents at Gent’s Post touched on some of the pros and cons. Discussions on what they want and don’t want in a relationship, personal and business, were the episode’s focus.
As we continue to preach the importance of communication on this platform, it is even more crucial when you’re in a relationship. We must be good listeners, understand love languages, and know whether our partner wants advice or to vent.
Relationship Goals
We all have someone in the friend group who goes MIA every time they get into a relationship. Fellas, please don’t be that guy! But, it’s not just about personal relationship goals; working on business relationships is also essential! Many of the nuances that make a personal relationship work transfer to business; and vice-versa.

“When it gets uncomfortable… when a client is pissed off, pick up the phone,” Ayman states, “Any time added to that problem is just going to amplify that problem, it’s going to create worse [problems].”
