A collection rooted in heritage, reimagined for today
Through evocative portraiture and moving imagery, the campaign explores the deep connection between humanity and the natural world—a theme central to Ackermann’s vision for the collection. Ackermann reflects on his inspiration, stating, “Being surrounded by nature allows one to be connected with oneself—it reflects, it inspires, it provokes. It is in this rhythm and energy that we designed this capsule.”

Drawing from nearly seven decades of Canada Goose archives, Ackermann fused the brand’s iconic functionality with fresh silhouettes, youthful energy, and a bold color palette. Key pieces include:
- The Rider Parka: Inspired by the Peacekeeper Parka from the mid-90s, this oversized style features reflective details, utilitarian pockets, and side zips for a modern yet practical look. Its Arctic Tech fabric adds a unique texture and durability.
- The Celestia Jacket: A lighter, shirt-jacket silhouette crafted from reflective nylon, paying homage to the high-visibility elements of Canada Goose’s workwear origins.
- Knitwear Additions: The Cleria Crew, a chunky rib knit, offers soft, relaxed comfort, while the Runic Sweater introduces bold black-and-white diamond quilting for visual depth.
- Layering Essentials: Pieces like the slim-fit Trek Legging and the ultra-thin Volt Turtleneck balance oversized proportions with sleek, body-skimming lines.
- Accessories Collection: The Avalon Hat, a reimagining of the early 2000s Classique Hat, stands out with interior insulation and exaggerated ear flaps for year-round versatility.
Graphic touches and slogans, such as “secure tomorrow” on the organic cotton Orion Tee, underscore Canada Goose’s commitment to purpose and sustainability—a value Ackermann shares.
A campaign that captures the spirit of nature
Led by Ethan Hawke, the campaign celebrates individuals whose passions span the arts, sports, and design. Through a series of vignettes, the visuals and accompanying voiceovers delve into how nature informs creativity, emotion, and life itself.

Hawke, reflecting on his connection to the collection, shared, “It’s important to step away from the city and immerse yourself in nature. It’s where life becomes simple and clear. That connection felt natural to Canada Goose’s values and this collection.”
Snow Goose: A revival of heritage
The Snow Goose label, which traces its roots back to the 1990s, has been revived under Ackermann’s leadership. As Canada Goose’s first-ever Creative Director, Ackermann will helm biannual seasonal collections, blending the brand’s rich history with forward-thinking design.
