In Episode 18 of our Gent’s Talk Podcast, we had the pleasure of speaking with youtube sensation Hamza Aziz. We were delighted to sit down with the founder of What Motivated You to discuss his journey and he also shared some content creation tips with us!
What Motivated You?
This uncomplicated question that garners a complex answer has taken Hamza to a level of social media stardom that would have been nearly impossible to predict. His ability to get ordinary individuals to share their extraordinary stories in under a minute has been a pleasant twist to what we usually see. We also asked Hamza what motivates him to create such heartwarming content.
About Hamza Aziz
Being a bigger guy, Hamza has always had difficulties expressing himself. Being very much the product of the outdated “toughen up” mantra, he has made it his mission to help others by giving them an outlet to express themselves. Having battled with suicidal thoughts, Hamza knows the plight of not having anyone to listen to him. “I’m a big guy. I’m 6’4″, and I’m 240 lbs. I was always told to be very tough and never to show emotion.” Hamza explained, “I kept everything to myself.” Hamza was brave enough to share some of his struggles, and we’re happy to be a safe outlet.
