Specs

Firstly, the iRobot Roomba j7+ comes in at approximately 7.5lbs with a 13.3 inch width and 3.4 inch height powered by a lithium ion battery. The real specs however are in the technology powering this little guy. The sensors allow for object detection and object avoidance so you don’t have to worry about it banging into everything. It also knows to avoid the…fun stuff, your furry little friends leave around the place.

An added cool feature is that it also automatically empties its bin, by itself (that’s right). The vacuum empties itself for up to 60 days in an enclosed bag that traps 99% of pollen and mold. It also works with Google Home and Alexa enabled devices so you can command it to do your bidding while you relax.

But What About The Corners?

Corners and baseboards can be the most annoying thing to clean in a household. Every vacuum device that comes onto the market seeks to show off how it tackles this age-old problem of ours.

So you may be wondering how a circular device will be able to reach the corners of your living quarters and that’s a very valid question to have. Each device has a built in ‘edge sweeping brush’ that’s able to get in close to the walls/baseboards and also into the corners.
