The Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix, in partnership with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), reveals the star-studded lineup for the inaugural 2023 Grand Prix opening ceremony on November 15. This remarkable event features performances by renowned artists such as Andra Day, J Balvin, Keith Urban, Swedish House Mafia, and more. With an expected live audience of 30,000 attendees, the ceremony kicks off with a celebration of Formula 1’s arrival in Las Vegas and pays homage to the city’s rich entertainment history. ESPN2 will broadcast the ceremony nationally, while it streams globally on the F1 YouTube channel.

Major spectacle
The F1 in Las Vegas promises to be a major sporting spectacle and further solidifies Las Vegas as the Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World. The opening ceremony, set against the iconic Las Vegas Strip, blends the spirit of the city with Formula 1’s international allure. It boasts a diverse lineup of beloved musical superstars, creating a memorable start to the race week festivities.
With dancers and chart-toppers performing on high-tech LED stages, complemented by lighting, lasers, fireworks, and a drone show, the starting grid transforms into an awe-inspiring visual spectacle for this one-of-a-kind event. Entertainment visionary Brian Burke, architecture firm Stufish Entertainment Architects, and Lighting and Set Designer Tom Sutherland have joined forces to craft this cutting-edge production.
